Nestled in the middle of the Rocky Mountains, Granby is home to schools, hospitals and clinics, and grocery stores making it a local hub for services. With skiing available at Granby Ranch and the three lakes less than 10 minutes away, Granby offers plenty of opportunities to get out and explore.

There’s something exceptional about Grand Lake. Whether you’re local enough to know the story about Spirit Lake and the Spider House or you visit the area to explore Adams Falls and lake activities, Mount Baldy has been calling people to this small town before it was settled in 1867. The history is rich in Grand Lake and being the West entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, the views are unforgettable.

The County Seat of Grand County, Hot Sulphur Springs, is home to the local courthouse and hot springs. You can find the Pioneer Village Museum in Hot Sulphur and learn about Grand County history, including names heard throughout our County like Byers, Gore, Eichler, and Frazier, to name a few. Of course, this is also where you can learn the story of the Wheatley family homesteading the Troublesome between Hot Sulphur Springs and Kremmling.

Established in 1907, Parshall is a tiny town that can easily be driven through without without fully embracing the beauty it has to offer. Slow down, grab a burger at the Parshall Inn (PI) – say Hi 👋 to Marco! -, fish the Colorado River, or, better yet, drive down to Williams Fork and enjoy a day on the lake. Don’t miss the beautiful Bar Lazy J Ranch and take a drive down those beautiful country roads. Parshall may be tiny, but it is home to gorgeous views and about 40 residents.
