Window cleaning is priced per glass pane, which is typically separated by a frame. One window could have 1-10 panes of glass. The divide between the glass counts as one window pane. A window larger than 4′ counts as 2 window panes.

We do offer screen cleaning too and it makes a clear difference when you see how clean screens improve your visibility. We use screen cleaning machines to help us get your screens clean without damaging them. If you’re interested in screen cleaning, ask us to include the cost of screen cleans in the bid.
Extra Fees
There are extra fees for windows that are difficult for us to reach due to tree obstructions or windows that are larger than 10′ in either direction. There are also extra fees for window cleaning that includes scraping off hard to remove residue like paint, stains, and oil. If we find that any of these items to be charged, we’ll chat with you before proceeding.
