Wheatley Creek Services, Family Operated & Locally Owned

In 1900, Forrest (our great-great-uncle) and George Wheatley (our great-great-grandfather), homesteaded the Troublesome Valley with nothing but grit and a dream. Two brothers standing on the edge of untouched wilderness, determined to carve out a life in the heart of Grand County. They battled fierce winters, wild animals, and the rugged terrain, but nothing could shake their resolve. Every log cabin built, every field plowed, and every trail blazed was a testament to their hard work and dedication. They didn’t just survive – they thrived, laying down the roots of a legacy of community and craftsmanship.

Their legacy continues today through Wheatley Creek Services, embodying the same spirit of resilience and dedication. Each job we take on, every home we service, is a nod to Forrest and George’s unwavering commitment. The creek that ran through their homestead, now known as Wheatley Creek, symbolizes our family tradition’s enduring strength and continuity. By heading into it, they get through the rough weather faster. That’s the spirit we bring to our work: facing challenges head-on, tackling problems with grit, and always pushing forward. Isreal, our captain and local hero, ensures your dryer vents are spotless. When not saving the day, he enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, and hanging out with his dog, Tanner. As a 4th generation local, Isreal knows Grand County well. For clean vents or fishing stories, Isreal’s your man!
