No, you don’t need to be present when we do clean your property. In fact, with the way technology is today, you could easily give us a door code that gives us access while you’re away. We would use the same door code to lock the home back up when we leave, which would send you a message of our timing in and out of the home.
Don’t have smart home technology? No worries, we use software to keep track of our time while we clean your home and can get access to your property the old fashion way, with keys.

To meet growing demand, our dedicated housekeepers work extensive hours to ensure homes are cleaned and prepared for guests. In an ideal scenario, we would assign the same housekeeper to specific homes, which often happens when a cleaner visits a particular property multiple times within a month.
However, considering the substantial number of homes we manage, we cannot guarantee that the same housekeeper will clean a property each time. Nevertheless, you can expect that each cleaner is an integral part of a close-knit team that maintains regular communication and shares a commitment to maintaining our high standards.
The number of people involved in cleaning your home will really depend on our schedules. If we have a full team on board, we’ll send up to 2 cleaners to your home so we can expedite the clean. Smaller cleans typically only require 1 cleaner at a time. A deep clean could take 2-3 cleaners multiple days – depending on the size of the home.
Yes, we offer move-out cleaning services. Our move-out cleaning includes a thorough and detailed cleaning to ensure the property is spotless and ready for the next occupants. Here’s what’s included:
