Hey there, Grand County! We know keeping your space spotless can feel like a never-ending battle. That’s why we’re breaking down the difference between a recurring maintenance clean, a deep clean, and general clean.
Deep Clean – This is our most detailed service and is strongly recommended for first-time clients or homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned in a while. We hand-clean surfaces like baseboards, cabinet fronts, and light fixtures to remove built-up grime and bring your home to a true “fresh start” level. It’s ideal for seasonal resets or move-in/move-out situations.
General Clean – Also available as a first-time service, a General Clean is best for homes that have been cleaned within the last six months and don’t need as much detailed attention. It follows the same checklist as our Maintenance Clean but usually takes more time on the first visit to bring the home up to our ongoing standard.
Recurring Maintenance Clean – Once your home has had a Deep or General Clean, we recommend moving to a Maintenance Clean on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule. Because we’re cleaning regularly, each visit takes less time—and you get the benefit of loyalty pricing. It’s the best way to keep your home consistently clean and stress-free!
So, whether you need a regular spruce-up or a full-on home makeover, Wheatley Creek Services has got you covered. Click the button below to see our full checklist and find out exactly what we can do for you. Keep it clean, Grand County!

Our cleaning services include several options tailored to meet your specific needs:
— Recurring Maintenance Clean (weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly):
— Deep Clean:
— Short-Term Rental (STR) Clean:
Each cleaning type is designed to cater to different levels of need, whether it’s recurring maintenance, a thorough deep clean, or preparing a property for new guests. Let us know your specific requirements, and we’ll make sure your space is sparkling clean!
No, you don’t need to be present when we do clean your property. In fact, with the way technology is today, you could easily give us a door code that gives us access while you’re away. We would use the same door code to lock the home back up when we leave, which would send you a message of our timing in and out of the home.
Don’t have smart home technology? No worries, we use software to keep track of our time while we clean your home and can get access to your property the old fashion way, with keys.
If you ever have questions about our cleaning services, just give us a call, (970) 281-5307, or shoot us an email at hello@wheatleycreek.com.
The number of cleaners assigned to your home depends on the type of cleaning and our team availability:
For first-time cleans (Deep Clean or General Clean), we typically send a team of 2–3 cleaners to ensure we can complete the work efficiently and thoroughly. Larger homes or heavy build-up may require multiple days.
For recurring Maintenance Cleans, we usually assign a solo cleaner. Since we’re maintaining an already-clean space, solo visits are both efficient and cost-effective.
We do our best to match the right team size to the scope of work, so you receive quality service without unnecessary time or cost.
