You do not need to be present, but if you would like to be present, that is fine too. We’re used to working with full-time Grand County residents that may be or may not be home during their home remodeling projects. We’re also used to working with second homeowners and vacation home rental property owners that may be too far from the home to be available during the home remodel. We’re able to work with both of these options, but would recommend not living in the home if the remodel is extensive. Living in dust and construction can be tough and discouraging. Seeing a finished project is much nicer, but you’ll want to see progress as the remodel is being done. We suggest scheduling time with our team so that we have clear lines of communication throughout the remodel.

It really depends on the scope of the remodel. If it involves remodeling one bathroom that has minimal reconstruction needs, it could be as little as a week to get the remodel completed; however, a kitchen or multi-room remodel that needs more extensive work could take multiple weeks, if not months. The good news is that our team is well-versed in delivering time estimates so you have a better idea of how long your remodel may take.

Yes, we are! We have the required licenses to do business as an LLC in the State of Colorado and have a Federal Tax Identification Number from the IRS. We also have the proper general liability coverage in place to cover our business for insurance needs.
