We only need to deploy one service worker to the residence for most home service needs. However, for larger jobs, like painting or heavy furniture removal, we may send out two-three teammates our to your property. Hours are billed per man hour. You do not need to be present, but if you would like to be present, that is fine too. We’re used to working with full-time Grand County residents that may or may not be home during our service visits. We’re also used to working with second homeowners and vacation home rental property owners that may be too far from the home to be in place when we do a property visit. We’re able to work with all of those options. We use the latest technology to clock-in/clock-out while visiting properties to ensure we accurately measure our time while performing home services. This allows us to bill accurately and for you to know exactly when we arrive and depart the property.
It really depends on what the service need is for the property. If it involves painting one bedroom accent wall that has no current damage, it could be an hour or two to get the home service work completed; however, a full house exterior paint job on a home that has a lot of weathered areas that need to be scraped and treated before applying paint could take multiple days, if not weeks. The good news is that our team is well-versed in delivering time estimates, so you have a better idea of how long a service call may take.
Yes, we are! We have the required licenses to do business as an LLC in the State of Colorado and have a Federal Tax Identification Number from the IRS. We also have the proper general liability coverage in place to cover our business for insurance needs.
